Who you are contracting with

What gets delivered

The Agency Operating System is a fixed scope engagement. It includes the following.

• A 60 minute bottleneck teardown call and a written report ranking your top 3 time drains.
• Your operating system installed on your machine, loaded with your business and wired into your existing tools.
• A second brain holding your clients, decisions and processes.
• Five core workflows, pre built for tasks you already repeat. A morning brief, a client health monitor, new client onboarding, call recaps and a weekly agency review.
• Your client report, configured to your reporting stack and running on your own accounts. For a media buyer that pulls Meta, Google Ads and GA4.
• Documentation and a recorded walkthrough.
• 4 weeks of support after handover.

The workflow suite is fixed scope. Your report will rank three time drains. The six workflows cover the repeatable work. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately if you want it.

Timeline

Your client report is live in production within 14 days of the teardown call. The clock pauses while I am waiting on access, logins or answers from you, because I cannot build against a system I cannot reach.

Payment

$1,497 USD, paid in full before the teardown call happens. One payment. No split, no instalments, no payment on delivery.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where it applies, which for a business outside the European Union is not at all, and for a business inside the European Union with a valid VAT number is a reverse charge at 0 percent.

Your refund rights are set out in full in the refund policy and they are binding.

Ownership

You own everything I build for you, outright. The code runs on your accounts, under your logins, and it is yours to keep, change, extend or throw away. I hold no licence over it and I never hold your billing.

Any third party running costs, such as hosting, API usage or software subscriptions, are yours and you pay them directly. I will tell you what they are before we start.

Support after handover

What is included for 4 weeks after handover.

• Anything I built breaks against the agreed definition of done and I fix it, at no charge, with no limit.
• One 30 minute call inside those 4 weeks to tune it or add a workflow.

What is not included.

• New automations. Those are a new scope and they get quoted separately.
• Changes you make yourself that break the build. I will help, and it is paid work.
• Failures in third party services outside my control, such as an API that changes or a platform that goes down. I will fix the integration, and that is paid work once the 4 weeks are up.

After 4 weeks, support and changes are paid work. A retainer is available if you want me on it long term.

Recording

Permission to publish a breakdown of your build is a condition of this price, because building out my YouTube channel is the reason this round is priced where it is.

Nobody from your side is ever filmed. I record my own screen and break the build down myself after it ships. You are not on camera. You and your clients stay unnamed, and no client data of yours appears in anything I publish.

What I will not do

• I will not put a bot in front of your clients. Everything I build is internal and invisible.
• I will not ship anything that decides on its own. Every build has a human review step and cites the source of anything it claims.
• I will not automate judgment. Your clients pay you for thinking, and I automate the typing.
• I will not hand you an undocumented mess and disappear. The handover is part of the deliverable.

Your responsibilities

• Give me access to the systems the build needs, in good time.
• Answer questions that block the build.
• Make sure you have the right to give me access to the data and systems involved.

If access does not arrive, the delivery clock pauses. It restarts when it does.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with me about your business, your clients or your numbers stays between us. I will sign your NDA if you have one.

Liability

My liability is limited to the amount you paid, which is $1,497 USD. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute goes before the competent court in Rotterdam.
