The teardown guarantee

The first thing I deliver is a 60 minute teardown call and a written bottleneck report that ranks your top 3 time drains, with the hours each one eats and what it costs you every month. The report lands the same day as the call.

If that report is not worth more than what you paid, tell me within 48 hours of receiving it and I refund you in full. You keep the report.

No conditions, no forms, no argument. Send one email to info@jefaroconstancia.com and say the report was not worth it. That is the whole process.

The delivery guarantee

Your client report is live and pulling from your real accounts within 14 days of the teardown call. If it is not, I keep building at no extra cost until it is.

The clock starts on the day of the teardown call. It pauses only while I am waiting on access, logins or answers from you, because I cannot build against a system I cannot reach.

How to request a refund

Email info@jefaroconstancia.com from the address you used to book.
Do it within 48 hours of receiving your bottleneck report.
You do not need to give a reason.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, in full, in USD. I process it the same day I receive your email. Your bank then takes its own time, usually 5 to 10 working days.

After the refund window closes

Once the 48 hour window has passed, I start the build. That is deliberate, so that the money is only ever at risk before I have spent two weeks of work on you.

From that point the delivery guarantee is what protects you. The build gets finished and it goes live, or I keep working at no extra cost until it does.

What is not refundable

Third party costs that you pay directly, such as your own hosting, API usage or software subscriptions, are yours and I never hold them. They run on your accounts under your logins from day one, so there is nothing for me to refund.
