Privacy policy
What this site collects, who touches it, and what you can make me do about it.

Who is responsible
JFC Software, trading as Jefaro Constancia, is the controller of your personal data. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 83494650. Registered at Regenboogkade 95, 3077 CX Rotterdam, Netherlands. Reach me at info@jefaroconstancia.com or +31 6 39056201.
What is collected
- When you book a call. Your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form. This is handled by Calendly.
- When you email me. Your email address and whatever is in the message.
- When you pay. Your billing details and, where it applies, your VAT number. This is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
- When you browse. Anonymised usage data through Google Analytics, such as which pages you looked at and roughly where in the world you are.
Why it is collected
To answer you, to run the call you booked, to take payment, to send you an invoice, and to understand which parts of this site people actually read. The legal grounds are the performance of a contract with you, and my legitimate interest in running and improving a business.
Who else touches it
- Calendly. Booking and scheduling.
- Stripe. Payment processing, invoicing and fraud screening.
- Google Analytics. Site usage measurement.
- Vercel. Hosting for this website.
- Hostinger. Email.
Some of these are based outside the European Union. Where that is the case, the transfer runs on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising.
Cookies and your consent
Nothing that sets a cookie loads on this site until you agree to it. Google Analytics and the Calendly booking calendar both set cookies, so neither of them is loaded at all until you accept. If you reject, no analytics script is ever fetched and no cookie is written, and every page of this site keeps working.
Only two things use cookies here. Google Analytics measures which pages people read. Calendly makes the booking calendar work. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third party marketing tag anywhere on this site.
You can change your mind whenever you like. Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page and the banner comes back. If you would rather not accept at all, you can still book a call on Calendly directly, and your browser settings will always override anything here.
The choice itself is stored in your browser, in local storage rather than in a cookie, so that this site can remember not to ask you again. It never leaves your device.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries and booking data, for as long as we are in contact and then for up to two years.
- Invoices and payment records, for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
- Analytics data, for 14 months.
Client data during a build
A build often means I am given access to your systems, which can hold data about your own clients. That access exists only to do the work. It is never copied out, never used for anything else, and never appears in anything I publish. When the build is handed over, my access is removed and the keys are yours to rotate.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to do all of the following.
- Show you the data I hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop processing it, or limit how I process it.
- Hand it over in a portable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Email info@jefaroconstancia.com and I will act within 30 days.
If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
