Stop being the bottleneck in your own agency
Month end arrives and you are writing the performance commentary by hand for the fourth client in a row. I install the system that writes those reports in your voice and hands them back ready to send, plus the five other workflows eating your week. Live in 14 days on your own accounts, yours to keep.

You see the real cost first, then you own the fix
Before a line of code, you get a written read on where your week actually goes. And everything I install is documented, so it is yours to run without me.
- You find out where the week actually goes
- A 60 minute call, then a written report the same day. Your top 3 time drains ranked, the hours each one eats, and what that costs you every month in your own numbers.
- Your team runs it in six months without me
- Written docs and a recorded walkthrough of everything I install. When something needs changing later you are not sat waiting on a freelancer to answer a message.

The admin comes off your desk, not onto a tool
Installed on your machine, loaded with your business, with the workflows you repeat every week already running.
- You brief it like you would brief a person
- It sits on your laptop, wired into the tools you already pay for, and you hand it work in plain English. There is no dashboard to learn and no new subscription to add.
- No more hunting through five tools
- What a client said about budget two weeks ago takes seconds to find. Every client, decision and process lives in one place you can read and the system can read.
- Five workflows already running on day one
- The work your agency repeats every week, pre built and handed over working. You delegate your first real task in the session I install it.

The client report that writes itself
The one that eats your month end. It pulls your reporting stack, explains the numbers and writes the next step, per client, on your template. For a media buyer that is Meta, Google Ads and GA4.

Easy Marketing Lab
Hey Brother thanks again for that customized onboarding and qualifier automation
Lead quality has gone up by a lot!

There are a few more things I want to automate let me know when you're free
Last week an agency owner came to me with a webinar filling his calendar with leads who could never buy. I built him a qualifier that scores every lead against three hard gates before it can book, routes it, and writes each one a welcome in his voice. Live in production in three days.
On the call I show you the whole operating system running on my own business. The working architecture, not a demo mockup. That is the only proof worth trusting before you pay.
Your month end is gone in 14 days
Two weeks from the teardown call to your reporting running in production, then four weeks of support after handover. The risk is mine, and it is written down.
The teardown guarantee
Take the teardown call. If the report is not worth more than what you paid, tell me within 48 hours and I refund you in full. You keep the report.
The delivery guarantee
Your client report is live and pulling from your real accounts within 14 days of the teardown call, or I keep building at no extra cost until it is.
Both guarantees are binding and written into the refund policy and the terms.
Day 1
The teardown
We walk your week and I write your bottleneck report the same day, ranking your top 3 time drains in hours and dollars.
Day 2 to 3
Install
Your operating system and second brain go on your machine, loaded with your business. You delegate your first real task in that session.
Day 4 to 14
Build
I wire your client report to your real reporting stack and finish building out your workflow suite. Deployed, documented and walked through.
The next 4 weeks
Support
Anything I built breaks, I fix it at no charge. One call inside the window to tune it or add a workflow.
What the alternatives actually cost you

One payment, in full, before the teardown call. No instalments.
Backed by a full refund inside 48 hours of your report, and live in 14 days or I build free until it is.
I am building out my YouTube channel and I need three of these on camera, so the first three go at $1,497. You are never on camera. I record my own screen and break the build down myself after it ships, and you and your clients stay unnamed. All I need is your permission to publish the breakdown.
Twenty minutes. If it is not a fit I will say so on the call.
Twenty minutes to find out where your week goes
This is for agency owners and media buyers who are still the bottleneck on every non standard decision. If what you really need is more leads, I will tell you on the call rather than take your money.
I show you the system running on my own business and you decide. 3 spots in this round. When they are gone the price goes up.

What agency owners ask before they book
Why is it only $1,497?
I am building out my YouTube channel and I need three of these on camera, so the first three go at this price. You are never filmed. I record my own screen and break the build down myself after it ships, and you and your clients stay unnamed. When the three spots are gone the price goes up.
What if it does not work?
Two guarantees. Take the teardown call and if the report is not worth what you paid, tell me within 48 hours and I refund you in full and you keep the report. And your client report is live and pulling from your real accounts within 14 days or I keep building at no cost until it is.
I am not technical. Can I actually run this?
Yes. I install it configured and loaded with your business, and you hand it work in plain English. You are not learning a tool or touching code. If you can write an email you can run it.
Does a bot talk to my clients?
No. Everything I build is internal and invisible to your clients. Every build ships with a human review step and cites the source of anything it claims, because confident wrong output is worse than no output.
What happens when I need changes in six months?
You own it outright and it is documented, so your team can run and change it without me. If you want me on it there is a monthly retainer, but that is your choice and not a lock in.
Can I pay in instalments?
One payment, in full, before the teardown call. The two guarantees are what remove your risk, so the payment terms do not have to. If one payment is not workable right now you are probably not a fit yet, and I will say so on the call.
What if I am not the right fit?
I will tell you on the call rather than take your money. Under five clients, or what you really need is more leads, and this is not for you. You get an honest answer either way.
